The Shimadzu Philippines Corporation – Customer Support Center (SPC-CSC) is a unit under the SPC organization established to provide support through trainings, demonstrations and laboratory services for our valued customers.
Our team is composed of licensed and well-trained chemists who are specialists in the fields of spectrophotometric and chromatographic instrumentation. We routinely conduct instrument operation training in our customer’s facility/laboratory and also in our headquarters (scheduled courses). Training courses are tailored to meet our clients’ specific needs.
In terms of laboratory services, we have the capability to accept food, pharmaceuticals, polymer, and packaging samples for analysis.
